Not only content with making the best fudge in the World, selling fudge to salivating Tourists and sweet toothed students, fulfilling our Mail Order and wrapping Wedding favours – our Canterbury Team have been busy hand making our devilishly different new fudge sauce flavours.
Our Manager Mikey started at about 10 am this morning, boiling up our secret and sacred Devilish Dark Chocolate sauce recipe , pouring it out onto the warm marble slab and carefully creaming the mixture until it was smooth, creamy – and perfect to pour. Each batch requires around 45 minutes of creaming by hand which can be back breakingly tiring , yet it is undoubtably the best way to achieve the famous sumptuously smooth Fudge Kitchen fudge sauce consistency.
