Over the Festive period we all love to indulge in a little game or two, but here at Fudge Kitchen we think the age old tradition of whimisically buying property in the upper echelons of urban London gets a little tired.
This year we have a fudge fun alternative for you. Why not buy a Fudge Making Home Kit and battle it out to see who can make the best and most tasty batch? You could make a Christmas Pudding fudge by adding nuts and raisins and a slosh of brandy to your Chocolate batch or even experiment by putting in some of your own festive favourites – the flavour combinations are endless!
Our Home Kit contains all you need to make 3 batches of delicious fudge – all you have to do is add a little bit of Whipping Cream, and the best thing is – if you make a mistake just pop it back in the pan and have another go!

This is how I make my chocolate frositng. The ratios are never exact but it starts out with 1 c melted choc chips and then powdered sugar, splash of milk/cream, vanilla. Stir til the right consistency. You call it fudge, I call it frositng. All the same going down, right?
